HAZEL’S
OPEN HOUSE PHILOSOPHY & ACTION PLAN
At least every other Sunday, and often three Sundays a month,
depending on the market activity and season of the year, our staff
opens from three to five houses, all of which are Hazel's listings.
Our philosophy regarding opens is simple: we want as many
potential buyers as possible to be exposed to the properties,
which we are marketing.
We accomplish this by providing each open house visitor with Hazel’s
Hotline, a full list describing each one of Hazel's listings
(those open as well as those not open on that particular Sunday)
along with maps locating the specific properties
for the potential buyer and photos of the properties. The open
house visitors are encouraged to locate their price range from
the available properties, (which are listed in descending order
according to price), and drive by or visit any of the listed properties,
which meet their needs. This way, every one of Hazel's listed
homes is exposed to the maximum number of shoppers every week.
Additionally, people seem to keep the handouts, especially enjoying
the maps, and often call weeks later to see a particular property
which they had driven by or peeked an interest in from the handouts.
So even if you prefer that your home not be opened to the public,
information about your home will be circulated regularly and directly
to the buying public.
The results: AMAZING!!! Our success with this
policy has been extraordinary. Of course, we work very hard on
the organization of these opens and give up most weekends, but,
again, we will give our all to do everything possible
to sell your home at the best price and in the shortest time!!!

OFFICE & TECHNOLOGY
Hazel and staff use a private extremely well equipped office with the best and fastest modern technological equipment including 4 networked Dell computers, a Dell server, 2 Hewlett-Packard printers (both Laser & photographic quality), an OKI color laser printer, Xerox fax, copy and scanning equipment as well as new oversized monitors. This makes it easy and convenient for home shoppers to tune in to the latest visuals of available properties in a casual and relaxed setting. Many buyers shop properties on our home-office computer screen or our networked office equipment.
This is how it works:
Our staff employs the newest digital camera equipment to produce "slide shows" on our office computer. These shows are edited photos of the best rooms and pictures of her listings with descriptions. The slide shows can even be attached and sent as E-mails anywhere in the world with the aide of our newest photo compressing computer software technology and the internet. Each of Hazel's listings is presented in slide show format to prospective purchasers, or to anyone inquiring about a property with internet access who is equipped to receive the presentation. In our increasingly busy society with our time more precious than ever, this technology dramatically helps to streamline the buying process for a purchaser and affords an opportunity to show off Hazel's listings first and foremost at their best, thus generating interest in the property before it is even visited. Our digital camera and computer software also afford us the opportunity to provide photo, color brochures of our properties in the shortest time possible.
